I have been surrounded by computers and technology since the late 80’s, using MS-DOS to play computer games. My father first taught me to program in C using Visual C when I was 11 years old. My interest in computing continued throughout school, playing classic 90’s online puzzles and riddles, and creating websites with primitive versions of HTML and CSS.

Prior to changing my career, I was a self employed musician for over 13 years, as a professional harpist and teacher, performing all over the country at venues such as Glyndebourne Opera House and the Houses of Parliament, for the Royal Ascot, celebrities, royalty, and live on mainstream radio and television.

I have been working at DabApps sofware agency for the past 2.5 years, largely on React Native mobile projects as well as some front end web using React and Django Templates. I am especially interested in mobile development, particularly native iOS, and have buit personal projects using Swift and also Kotlin and some Flutter.
